We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and still sealed with the cap seal undamaged and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return contact us at metaldetectingsupplies@hotmail.com, Please note that returns will need to be sent to the addresses of the supplier that will be supplied via email. We (Metal detecting supplies) Do not accept returns unless the product was sent direct from Metal Detecting Supplies and not one of our suppliers.
If your return is accepted, we will advise you by email. Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping so ensure proof of posting is retained. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the item has been used and the seal is broken we will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
